Right of withdrawal / cooling-off period

You have the right up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason to cancel. You have once again after cancellation 14 days to return your product. You will then get the full order amount including shipping credited. Only the cost for return of your package from your home to the webshop is for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product and if reasonably possible-in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur are returned. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@global-health-supplements.nl. We will then return the order amount within 14 days of notification of your return.

You can return the product:

• If you cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. After these 14 days, you have 14 days to return the product effectively.
• If the product is complete;
• If you find that there is a production error
• As products are in original condition. This means that the packaging must be intact.

You can not return the product:

• If you don’t have the originel packaging;
• If the period of 14 days has been exceeded.
